1. Scope
These terms govern use of denizkuzgunu.com.tr, operated by Deniz Kuzgunu Danışmanlık Grafik Tasarım Organizasyon Yayıncılık ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi (“Deniz Kuzgunu”), İstanbul Trade Registry No. 1132773, MERSİS 0291207305800001, Mecidiyeköy Tax Office 2912073058, with its registered office at Halaskargazi Mahallesi, Kuyumcu İrfan Sokak, Kayalı Apt. No: 16–18, İç Kapı No: 15, Şişli, İstanbul. By using the site, you accept them.
2. Purpose of the site
The site presents the practice, its services and its portfolio as general information. Any engagement with Deniz Kuzgunu rests on a separate written agreement.
3. Intellectual property
All content on the site, including text, design, the feather emblem, logotype, photography and project materials, belongs to Deniz Kuzgunu or its licensors and is protected under Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works and Industrial Property Law No. 6769. Reproduction, adaptation or distribution requires prior written permission. Sharing links to the site, with attribution, is welcome.
4. Portfolio projects
Projects shown in the portfolio carry identities of their own and may belong to separate entities or partners. Their names, marks and materials remain the property of their respective owners.
5. Use of the site
Use the site lawfully and in good faith. Attempts at unauthorised access, the introduction of malicious code, automated data collection and the use of a false identity through the contact form are prohibited.
6. Accuracy and availability
Deniz Kuzgunu takes care to keep the content accurate and current, and may revise it at any time. The site is offered as it stands; access may pause for maintenance or for reasons beyond the practice’s control.
